The villa features three inviting bedrooms designed for rest and comfort. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, while the double room is furnished with two single beds. A third standard room offers a queen-size bed, creating a restful setting for families or small groups traveling together. In total, the villa comfortably accommodates up to eight adults and three children.

Guests can enjoy a private swimming pool and a spacious garden, offering ample room for children to play and for adults to relax in the fresh air. Inside, a cozy lounge area features a 63-inch smart TV and Unifi Wi-Fi for entertainment and connection. The villa also includes a well-equipped pantry with a toaster, water dispenser, refrigerator, and microwave, as well as a BBQ pit with charcoal and starter provided, making it easy to prepare and share meals together. For a touch of fun, a portable karaoke set is also available. Kozu is conveniently located just a short drive from local eateries and nearby attractions. Enjoy delicious local fare only three minutes away, or visit the Sungai Gabai Waterfall, just four minutes by car. Guests can also enjoy on-site recreation with a private pickleball court, available for RM30 per hour

Your Stay at Kozu

Kozu can comfortably host up to eight adults and three children. To preserve the privacy and peaceful atmosphere of the property, day visitors are not permitted, and on-site surveys are not allowed.

Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, and check-out is before 12:00 PM.

Booking & Pricing

Yes, we do. You can order breakfast on site through our caretaker, and payment is by QR only. Breakfast costs RM10 per pax.

Breakfast includes Nasi Lemak, Teh Tarik, and kuih-muih.

Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are charged at weekend rates for all villas.

Bookings can only be made through our website, Agoda or Airbnb. Once you have made the payment, we will email you the check-in instructions.

We use GuestPro for bookings and accept bank transfer and credit card.

Yes, Unifi Wi-Fi is available at all villas to keep guests connected.

Yes, towels are provided for all guests, along with body wash and shampoo.

Check-In / Check-Out & Policies

At Gerimis Senja Villa, Kasturi Cabin and Tanalui, check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM the next day. At Kozu, check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is before 12:00 PM the next day.

Cancellations must be made at least 4 weeks before your arrival date. If you cancel 3 weeks before check-in, 25% of the full amount will be deducted. If you cancel 2 weeks before check-in, 50% of the full amount will be deducted. If you cancel 1 week or less before check-in, the full amount will be forfeited.

Yes. You can pay the security deposit by QR on site when you check in. Our caretaker will show you the QR code at the villa. The security deposit will be returned within 5 to 7 working days after you check out.

Guest Restrictions

No, day guests are not allowed.

Events are not allowed at any of our villas. If your gathering is within the villa's guest capacity, please contact us first for approval.
